+Do I need to install anything?
No. Handover runs in your browser and your cleaner just opens a link on their phone. No app store, no downloads.
+How is this different from Turno?
Turno is a cleaner marketplace. You hire their cleaners and they take 5% of every job on both sides. Handover is for hosts who already have a cleaner they trust: a flat £15/property/month, no per-clean fees, no marketplace friction. Built in the UK, invoiced in pounds.
+Which platforms does it sync with?
Anything with an iCal export: Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, plus PMS tools like SuperControl, Hostaway, Uplisting and Hospitable. If it has a calendar link, we can sync it.
+How often does it check for new bookings?
Every 15 minutes automatically. New bookings become scheduled jobs within a quarter of an hour. No manual refresh needed.
+Can my cleaner mark jobs complete?
Yes. They tick off each property on their phone, and you see completion status live on your dashboard.
+What about VAT?
